In the 2nd minute, Rogier Rodenboog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maersk Kampala's Dennis Koopmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Bohlin in the 6th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Maersk Kampala's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Bohlin came free, but Dennis Koopmans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 12 minutes, Felix Hoogenkamp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maersk Kampala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Hoogenkamp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Claes Mattsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dennis Koopmans, 1-0. In the 20th match minute, Fluffe BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Erik Wållander to maneuver through the defense. When Felix Hoogenkamp came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Maersk Kampala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Hoogenkamp couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klas Skog got free with Dennis Koopmans in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, Maersk Kampala's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Wennerqvist came free, but Dennis Koopmans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Hoogenkamp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Joel Wennerqvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dennis Koopmans, 2-0. When Jan-Erik Wållander fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fluffe BK's protests and gave Jan-Erik Wållander a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Maersk Kampala booed when Fluffe BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Erik Wållander didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute Joep Werner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Figueiras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Fluffe BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hubert Svensson to maneuver through the defense. After 47 minutes of play, Fluffe BK's Klas Skog made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dennis Koopmans was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felix Hoogenkamp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Klas Skog made in the 54th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jan-Erik Wållander however managed to control. Maersk Kampala's Felix Hoogenkamp got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute Joel Wennerqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Koopmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Koopmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Wennerqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When Joep Werner came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Maersk Kampala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joep Werner couldn't finish the play. Felix Hoogenkamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Isidoro Figueiras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Klas Skog took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dennis Koopmans. Dennis Koopmans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Dennis Koopmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Bohlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Dennis Koopmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klas Skog in the 80th minute of play. After 83 minutes of play, Fluffe BK's Viktor Christoffersson made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dennis Koopmans was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Felix Hoogenkamp got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 92 minutes into the match, Claes Mattsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dennis Koopmans. Maersk Kampala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claes Mattsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. The referee gave Fluffe BK a penalty, 98 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kurt Bohlin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Maersk Kampala's Dennis Koopmans. 9-0. There was no doubt that Fluffe BK were the better team. Fluffe BK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
