Pål Sefastsson made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Francisco Varallo sent off a good shot on target. 14 minutes into the match, National Team Cape-Verde's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Varallo came free, but Pål Sefastsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Norbert Grucza managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The supporters of KS Górce Bemowo booed when National Team Cape-Verde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zhou Ke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Varallo made a kick off. After 54 played minutes KS Górce Bemowo got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Vergaray. In the 86thth minute of the game Gert Kipper who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but National Team Cape-Verde's Pål Sefastsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Arkadiusz Karanowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zhou Ke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klas Bergqvist in the 89th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, KS Górce Bemowo's Gert Kipper sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pål Sefastsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 97 minutes into the game, KS Górce Bemowo's Gert Kipper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pål Sefastsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. National Team Cape-Verde's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
