Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Epifanio Javiero got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute Epifanio Javiero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudy Najarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Dario Quexal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rudy Najarro. Dario Quexal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Dario Quexal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rudy Najarro. CRUZ VERDE CF - FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dario Quexal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Epifanio Javiero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tano Sampler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rudy Najarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Dario Quexal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rudy Najarro, 3-0. A collision led to CRUZ VERDE CF - FDFDF getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Fidel Muñoz hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Epifanio Javiero made a precise shot to the right of Rudy Najarro. CRUZ VERDE CF - FDFDF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Amilcar Amaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, CRUZ VERDE CF - FDFDF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Justino Erruki fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tano Sampler in the 29th minute of play forced CRUZ VERDE CF - FDFDF's goalkeeper Rudy Najarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Justino Erruki dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rudy Najarro, 5-0. Dario Quexal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Rudy Najarro made a huge save. CRUZ VERDE CF - FDFDF's Rudy Najarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save CRUZ VERDE CF - FDFDF from getting a goal against them. Rudy Najarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Quexal in the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Mervaleta FC's Tano Sampler ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rudy Najarro. Rudy Najarro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leopoldo Del Carmen to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Mervaleta FC's Tano Sampler made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rudy Najarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! 56 minutes into the game, Tano Sampler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Rudy Najarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rudy Najarro came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Mervaleta FC's Dario Quexal. But to his dismay, Dario Quexal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Rudy Najarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tano Sampler went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. 67 minutes into the match, CRUZ VERDE CF - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Tano Sampler came free, but Rudy Najarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rudy Najarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tano Sampler in the 69th minute of play. Dario Quexal took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rudy Najarro. Rudy Najarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. 75 minutes into the game, Mervaleta FC's Justino Erruki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rudy Najarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. A collision led to CRUZ VERDE CF - FDFDF getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Augusto Quijada hit a great ball. Rudy Najarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tano Sampler, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 89th minute, Dario Quexal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mervaleta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. When Didi Galvão fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mervaleta FC's protests and gave Didi Galvão a yellow card for diving instead. Alfredo Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonathan Ribeiro during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th minute, Jonathan Ribeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mervaleta FC had played much better football throughout.
