Spectators: 2300 (Terracing: 1726, Seating: 529, VIP seats: 45) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Graeme Farrow got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Silviano Schlubach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aldo Abeliuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vince Burgess in the 4th minute of play. In the 7thth minute of the game Vince Burgess who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lagunillas AFC's Aldo Abeliuk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Silviano Schlubach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Scarborough AFC's Shane Portway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Jofre in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of Lagunillas AFC booed when Scarborough AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Graeme Farrow didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Shane Portway, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th match minute, Lagunillas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silviano Schlubach to maneuver through the defense. Aldo Abeliuk came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Scarborough AFC's Vince Burgess. But to his dismay, Vince Burgess quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 26 minutes into the match, Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Scarborough AFC's Shane Portway. Shane Portway was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Shane Portway showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Rojas in the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Scarborough AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Silviano Schlubach came free, but Shane Portway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Gez Hassell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Abeliuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Abeliuk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Graeme Farrow in the 46th minute. Shane Portway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silviano Schlubach in the 47th minute of play.

Felipe Rojas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Shane Portway tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vince Burgess in the 60th minute of play forced Lagunillas AFC's goalkeeper Aldo Abeliuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Shane Portway. That made the score 1-5 in the 61 minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Felipe Rojas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Shane Portway was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Shane Portway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega in the 68th minute of play. Shane Portway showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silviano Schlubach, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Scarborough AFC's Shane Portway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Rojas in the 72nd minute of play. Felipe Rojas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shane Portway having to interfere. The supporters of Scarborough AFC booed when Lagunillas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Quiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shane Portway showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Rojas, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, Lagunillas AFC's Gaitán Frost got a free kick in the 84th minute. Aldo Abeliuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Graeme Farrow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Rojas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shane Portway having to interfere. Lagunillas AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
