In the 11th minute, Mitch Creighton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leif Törnqvist hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Kristian Ottaway received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Dinei Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Leif Törnqvist made a precise shot to the right of Sofoklis Prinianakis. Henley on Thames United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 26th minute Kristian Ottaway shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Henley on Thames United's Kristian Ottaway sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dinei Pinheiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Henley on Thames United's Kristian Ottaway nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 41 minutes into the game, when Alexander Longthorn put in a rough tackle. Sofoklis Prinianakis had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Niilo Mikkola's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Niilo Mikkola made a kick off. When Henley on Thames United's Kristian Ottaway in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristian Ottaway in the 60th minute of play forced SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sofoklis Prinianakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Törnqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute Jacobo Casado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sofoklis Prinianakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84thth minute of the game Kristian Ottaway who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sofoklis Prinianakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Törnqvist in the 87th minute of the match. Wanderson Terra kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Henley on Thames United made a substitution. Huey Claydon replaced Joe Wright. A collision led to SeleSantos FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Wanderson Terra hit a great ball. After 93 minutes SeleSantos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Beinn Speight who took care of the corner kick. João Vítor Donato had several of the SeleSantos FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 93 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Dinei Pinheiro as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Henley on Thames United had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
