FLAMENGO's Hélder Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Žarko Mitanovski in the 6th minute of play. FLAMENGO's Amauri Machado pulled a muscle in his leg after 6 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 7th match minute, Avtokomanda Sloboda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihail Dimovski to maneuver through the defense. Avtokomanda Sloboda's Andrej Milenkov got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Žarko Mitanovski in the 17th minute of play forced FLAMENGO's goalkeeper Hélder Faria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Avtokomanda Sloboda's Žarko Mitanovski in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, Avtokomanda Sloboda's Pece Marinkovski got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Avtokomanda Sloboda's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Juninho Campidelis 46 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Žarko Mitanovski to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrej Milenkov in the 51st minute of play forced FLAMENGO's goalkeeper Hélder Faria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by FLAMENGO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Florjon Petrusevski was slow to take the kick. During this time Avtokomanda Sloboda's players had a chance to rest. Avtokomanda Sloboda's Žarko Mitanovski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hélder Faria in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dojčin Jovanov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wesley Carvalho went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In the 70th minute, Haroldo do Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florjon Petrusevski was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 71st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 72 minutes, Wesley Carvalho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FLAMENGO and the Avtokomanda Sloboda players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, FLAMENGO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wesley Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Dojčin Jovanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesley Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 92nd match minute, Avtokomanda Sloboda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florjon Petrusevski to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute of the match Agnaldo Castro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dojčin Jovanov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. FLAMENGO's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
