Didi Dionísio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Loureiro in the 13th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Belmiro Jacinto in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Wonderkids's Iwo Rakowicz. 罗挺树 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Davi Dal Bello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The corner led Dal 3ello's Leopoldo Loureiro to fire away a dangerous shot which Didi Dionísio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Wonderkids's attentive Erkand Ziberi managed to snatch the ball when Belmiro Jacinto made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. Didi Dionísio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davi Dal Bello in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 罗挺树 to make the kick off. Wonderkids's supporters crossed their fingers, but 罗挺树 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Didi Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Dal Bello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wonderkids's attentive Tolga Eroğul managed to snatch the ball when Natan Lamonica made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. Igor Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 罗挺树, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute.
