Galera's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Malcolm Westerberg was slow to take the kick. During this time ADM Taquaras's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Denílson Tepedino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but E.C. Galera's Juvenal Zanette did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by 狄昆傲 in the 21st minute of play forced ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Jeremias Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, E.C. Galera's Juvenal Zanette got control of the ball when Denílson Tepedino tried to sneak it across the goal line. E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲 got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Malcolm Westerberg in the 29th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by E.C. Galera's Fahl Beckenbauer. 30 minutes into the match, 狄昆傲 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeremias Moreno. ADM Taquaras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 狄昆傲 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Malcolm Westerberg made in the 39th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cesar Quinto immediately put the ball in play. Juvenal Zanette made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denílson Tepedino in the 40th minute. Jeremias Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 狄昆傲 in the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 52nd minute, 狄昆傲 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The E.C. Galera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Tales De Mileto might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juvenal Zanette. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tales De Mileto ran back to his position shaking his head. Juvenal Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Quinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Jeremias Moreno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, E.C. Galera's goal looked a bit too open when Denílson Tepedino came free, but Juvenal Zanette reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Denílson Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. E.C.
