The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 9 minutes into the game, Denílson Tepedino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adilson Moraes. Denílson Tepedino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Cesar Quinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Adilson Moraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LOBO 1908's Adilson Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Quinto in the 18th minute of play. LOBO 1908 made a substitution. Jonathan Britto replaced Paulão Bezerra. 27 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's goal looked a bit too open when Ernani Montenegro came free, but Jeremias Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernani Montenegro in the 31st minute of play forced ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Jeremias Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match LOBO 1908 got a corner. ADM Taquaras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jurgen Iwens ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on LOBO 1908's corner Jurgen Iwens fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jeremias Moreno quite easily take care of the ball. In the 37th minute Ernani Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adilson Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denílson Tepedino's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernani Montenegro to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Denílson Tepedino made a precise shot to the right of Adilson Moraes. LOBO 1908's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 57th minute Cesar Quinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adilson Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adilson Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson Tepedino in the 60th minute of play. Adilson Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesar Quinto's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. When ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. LOBO 1908's Prudencio Ixidor was substituted for Ernani Montenegro. A collision led to LOBO 1908 getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Agustín Rodríguez hit a great ball. In the 76th minute Jeremias Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, LOBO 1908's Jurgen Iwens got a free kick in the 77th minute. Adilson Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson Tepedino in the 82nd minute of play. Adilson Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denílson Tepedino's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 89th minute ADM Taquaras were awarded a corner. Malcolm Westerberg went to the cornerflag to take it. Eduardo Paes hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. ADM Taquaras's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
