Joinville City - FSCMZ's Henrique Camargo got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's Ryszard Barycz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Haji Sarap narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Geovanildo Luis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nilson Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovanildo Luis in the 20th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Boguslaw Tarasek came free, but Haji Sarap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ITAFUT 4EVER were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Joinville City - FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ryszard Barycz took the corner. ITAFUT 4EVER's Ryszard Barycz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Haji Sarap in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ryszard Barycz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Haji Sarap made a huge save. In the 40th minute, Ryszard Barycz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geovanildo Luis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nilson Peres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Barycz came free, but Haji Sarap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haji Sarap breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joinville City - FSCMZ made a substitution. Marcus Allbäck replaced Geovanildo Luis. In the 89th minute, ITAFUT 4EVER's Jordan Henderson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jordan Henderson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ITAFUT 4EVER protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jordan Henderson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Nilson Peres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adhemar Santos went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. George Pogba took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilson Peres. Nilson Peres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The ITAFUT 4EVER supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Joinville City - FSCMZ's performance. The match ended with a win for Joinville City - FSCMZ.
