With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Paulista in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Léo Tinoco saved Bonita from getting behind. 9 minutes into the match, Antônio Carlos Bueno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Léo Tinoco. Bonita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antônio Carlos Bueno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Antônio Carlos Bueno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Léo Tinoco made a huge save. In the 19th minute Adalberto Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arlindo Guedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Léo Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Antônio Carlos Bueno sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute, AF CERRADO's Pedro Lopez seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Pedro Lopez the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of AF CERRADO protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Pedro Lopez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AF CERRADO! In the 25th minute there was a penalty for Bonita. Cezary Walaszkiewicz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arlindo Guedes. 2-1. In the 28th match minute, Bonita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elói Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. Dennis Contaldi, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Léo Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Murilo Lucas put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Léo Tinoco.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antônio Carlos Bueno made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Antônio Carlos Bueno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Léo Tinoco. In the 60th minute Olívio Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arlindo Guedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Antônio Carlos Bueno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AF CERRADO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. In the 64th minute Antônio Carlos Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Léo Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Léo Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murilo Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Bonita's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Carlos Bueno came free, but Léo Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, AF CERRADO's Antônio Carlos Bueno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Léo Tinoco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Walmyr Arce fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bonita's protests and gave Walmyr Arce a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of AF CERRADO booed when Bonita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmyr Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball.
