Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Olavo Matorin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ronaldo Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Villamarin in the 5th minute of the match. Christian Passos hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Montevideo defense, Maximo Villamarin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronaldo Medeiros. The Montevideo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronaldo Medeiros should have stopped the shot. In the 30th minute, Derlis Florentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Red Reign fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Dawid Ratulowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Red Reign's zone, Olavo Matorin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dawid Ratulowski came out of the goal and Olavo Matorin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 43 played minutes Montevideo got a freekick which was hit by Bogdan Blănaru. In the 45th minute Maximo Villamarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Laerte Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Dawid Ratulowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Red Reign getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Xavion Sorriva hit a great ball. Dawid Ratulowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olavo Matorin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dawid Ratulowski came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Montevideo's Olavo Matorin. But to his dismay, Olavo Matorin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 64th minute, Leoverliz Barrutia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Red Reign's Ismael Blanco was substituted for Xosepe Villamizar. Montevideo's Ronaldo Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Villamarin in the 69th minute of play. Laerte Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dawid Ratulowski having to interfere. Red Reign's Zorion Pelegri was substituted for Derlis Florentin. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Maximo Villamarin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Reign's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximo Villamarin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldo Medeiros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dawid Ratulowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandão Recife in the 75th minute of play. Ronaldo Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Villamarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Laerte Lucas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 85thth minute of the game Maximo Villamarin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Montevideo's Ronaldo Medeiros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute Fernandão Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dawid Ratulowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Red Reign's Maximo Villamarin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronaldo Medeiros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Red Reign had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
