Luiz Fernando Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Ekeroth in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Bezerros EC booed when Three Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clóvis Camargo in the 23rd minute of play forced Three Lions FC's goalkeeper George Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Fernando Peixoto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunnar Ekeroth, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. George Mbappè hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Luiz Fernando Peixoto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Messi in the 31st minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudinho do Vale made a kick off. Benito McRae hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. George Messi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Luiz Fernando Peixoto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luiz Fernando Peixoto made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when George Messi sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th match minute, Three Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Kane to maneuver through the defense. Three Lions FC's George Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clóvis Camargo in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bezerros EC's Kléber Paiva got a free kick in the 77th minute. 81 minutes into the game, one of Bezerros EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Bezerros EC:s Luiz Fernando Peixoto showed great skill when he stopped George Maldini:s penalty. Luiz Fernando Peixoto came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Three Lions FC's George Maldini. But to his dismay, George Maldini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 88th minute, George Messi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute Alex Arantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when George Messi got free with Luiz Fernando Peixoto in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luiz Fernando Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Messi in the 95th minute of play. The Bezerros EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Three Lions FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
