Augusto Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Sanocki, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 30 played minutes Lamento Boliviano got a freekick which was hit by Algimantas Tarasevičius. Eugeniusz Sanocki succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 31st playminute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jos Musseeuw during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lamento Boliviano getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Jos Musseeuw hit a great ball. Augusto Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Sanocki in the 65th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Fura Balizas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lamento Boliviano had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
