Paredes Fortes made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Grzegorz Piechna sent off a good shot on target. Marty Simpson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Paredes Fortes made a huge save. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Arrows Academy FC reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marty Simpson in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paredes Fortes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, AKI CORINTHIANS's Paredes Fortes got control of the ball when Grzegorz Piechna tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute Marty Simpson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paredes Fortes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marty Simpson got free with Paredes Fortes in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Marty Simpson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paredes Fortes was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Arrows Academy FC's Marty Simpson got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Bryan Barron put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Paredes Fortes. AKI CORINTHIANS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
