Ion Dragnea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Building's Dino Massaro got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ercole Damiani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiberiu Seţeanu in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute Emil Vlădoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercole Damiani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Building's Ercole Damiani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Building from getting a goal against them. Biagio Gava charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Biagio Gava the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Biagio Gava hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emil Vlădoiu to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Building got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Primavera. Ercole Damiani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiberiu Seţeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Ion Dragnea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Lopez in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute Building were awarded a corner. Alvise Borgatello went to the cornerflag to take it. Building's Federico Lopez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ion Dragnea in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Vlădoiu in the 59th minute of play forced Building's goalkeeper Ercole Damiani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Building's Ercole Damiani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Seţeanu in the 60th minute of play. Cosimo Sampo hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Ercole Damiani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Marina, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Șerban Giurgiu lost his temper 65 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 65 minutes into the game, one of Progresul Bucuresti:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a rather tough play, Building's Biagio Gava got a free kick in the 69th minute. Biagio Gava blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ion Dragnea having to make a save. Progresul Bucuresti's Ion Dragnea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Lopez in the 77th minute of play. Ion Dragnea made a fantastic save in the 100th minute, when Emilio Primavera sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Building could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Progresul Bucuresti throughout the match.
