After a defensive mix-up in Tentugal FC's zone, Emilio Primavera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Viveiros came out of the goal and Emilio Primavera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Building's Federico Lopez got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Federico Lopez might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Viveiros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danilo Viveiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute of the match, David Curado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ercole Damiani saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Biagio Gava kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Jairo Brito sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Building's Ercole Damiani didn't even have to move. Danilo Viveiros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Primavera went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rui Braga got free with Ercole Damiani in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute, Biagio Gava hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Curado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ercole Damiani came out and tried to block the shot, but David Curado slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 33rd minute. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Danilo Viveiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Primavera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th match minute, Building was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio De Palma to maneuver through the defense. After 45 played minutes, Tentugal FC's Jairo Brito shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ercole Damiani came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tentugal FC reached it. In the 47th minute Emilio Primavera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Viveiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Curado to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Building's Federico Lopez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Danilo Viveiros. That made the score 1-2 after 64 minutes of play. Ercole Damiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 minutes of play, Tentugal FC's Silvério Bulhosa made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ercole Damiani was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd minute, Emilio Primavera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Building fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Ercole Damiani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Curado in the 78th minute of the match. Federico Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Danilo Viveiros managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Building's Emilio Primavera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rui Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ercole Damiani having to interfere. The Building players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
