The goalkeeper, Christoph Neumann, was totally fooled by Building's Alvise Borgatello, who 46 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felix Ernst stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 89 minutes, Felix Ernst managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Overdrive's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Ernst was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Building's zone, Lucio Wessel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ercole Damiani came out of the goal and Lucio Wessel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the game, Emanuele Ronconi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Building's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Overdrive the free kick. Building were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Overdrive for a fine match.
