Elşän Abduläzov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Niccolai having to interfere. Färzäli Äsädov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmondo Larizza in the 14th minute. The supporters of MUGAN FK booed when Snoopy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinando Polo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute, Elşän Abduläzov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Enzo Giammaria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Snoopy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Enzo Giammaria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Färzäli Äsädov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Augusto Loiacono hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Enzo Giammaria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Färzäli Äsädov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot by Ibrahim Fätäliyev from long distance, 78 minutes into the match, got Emilio Niccolai's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubaul Daşdıyev in the 81st minute of play forced Snoopy FC's goalkeeper Emilio Niccolai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmondo Larizza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Färzäli Äsädov having to interfere. In the 91st minute, one of MUGAN FK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for MUGAN FK. Färzäli Äsädov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Giammaria in the 95th minute of the match. Enzo Giammaria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Färzäli Äsädov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The MUGAN FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MUGAN FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
