Cazimir Grecu started the match with the kick off. Andrei Ghionescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danilo Viveiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Ghionescu in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute Rui Braga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marius Tutuianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cazimir Grecu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 10 minutes of play, Avantul Sighiartau's Cazimir Grecu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danilo Viveiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Avantul Sighiartau's Anton Tunaru got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute of the match Silvério Bulhosa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marius Tutuianu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Andrei Ghionescu came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Avantul Sighiartau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrei Ghionescu couldn't finish the play. Cazimir Grecu struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Danilo Viveiros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avantul Sighiartau. Andrei Ghionescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Viveiros having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Pedro Lima had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marius Tutuianu. Avantul Sighiartau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Lima was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 28th minute, Andrei Ghionescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Avantul Sighiartau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Andrei Ghionescu struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Danilo Viveiros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avantul Sighiartau. Niculae Mugur hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the game, Avantul Sighiartau's Andrei Ghionescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danilo Viveiros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Tentugal FC's Danilo Viveiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cazimir Grecu in the 42nd minute of play. When Pedro Lima fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tentugal FC's protests and gave Pedro Lima a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd match minute, Tentugal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Lima to maneuver through the defense. Danilo Viveiros was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Emil Pancu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emil Pancu really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Curado to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Anton Tunaru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Danilo Viveiros was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. If Niculae Mugur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Tentugal FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Rui Braga hit a great ball. Emil Pancu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danilo Viveiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrei Ghionescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Zbora kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Danilo Viveiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niculae Mugur, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Cazimir Grecu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Avantul Sighiartau's supporters rose to their feet, but Cazimir Grecu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Viveiros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Cazimir Grecu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Avantul Sighiartau's supporters rose to their feet, but Cazimir Grecu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Viveiros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Modesto's late challenge caught a Avantul Sighiartau's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Modesto helped the player get up and apologised. Pedro Lima was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 96th minute, Pedro Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Avantul Sighiartau's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
