Luciano Acosta started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Umur Renan got free with Peter Parker in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peter Parker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Cortez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Ruscova's Dominik Kosakowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Acosta in the 8th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Padro Trúpkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Ruscova were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Project Nemesis's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jens-Erik Forsberg took the corner. The corner ended in Jens-Erik Forsberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Project Nemesis's Peter Parker did a great save. 23 minutes into the match, Luciano Acosta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dominik Kosakowski. FC Ruscova's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luciano Acosta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 26th minute Umur Renan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Parker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A.J. Beardsley struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Dominik Kosakowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Project Nemesis. Dominik Kosakowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Acosta, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Project Nemesis's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Ciro Cortez scored to the left of an out of position Peter Parker, making the score, 1-1. Peter Parker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from René Orságh, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Luciano Acosta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Acosta in the 38th minute of play forced FC Ruscova's goalkeeper Dominik Kosakowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

With a little luck, FC Ruscova's Dominik Kosakowski got control of the ball when Luciano Acosta tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachary Snaza in the 57th minute of play forced Project Nemesis's goalkeeper Peter Parker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zachary Snaza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peter Parker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute Umur Renan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Parker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Project Nemesis's Luciano Acosta got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Project Nemesis made a substitution. Jakub Kiwior replaced A.J. Beardsley. Project Nemesis's Transito Betonowy was substituted for Luciano Acosta. Peter Parker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Snaza in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, René Orságh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Parker was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Dominik Kosakowski was a little too slow when Transito Betonowy got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 2-2. After having played for 88 minutes, Umur Renan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ruscova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Umur Renan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Despite being the better team, FC Ruscova failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
