Everardo Mingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute, Fernando Marinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 20 played minutes LOS BLANCOS got a freekick which was hit by Rubinho de Castro. Fernando Marinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Everardo Mingo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Marinho ran back to his position shaking his head. Everardo Mingo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demir Poradeci made in the 24th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC ICEWIND DALE's Erik Stor. Everardo Mingo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Stor in the 25th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Fernando Marinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Everardo Mingo was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Everardo Mingo came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by FC ICEWIND DALE's Fernando Marinho. But to his dismay, Fernando Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 33rd minute, Demir Poradeci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ding Beckham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernando Marinho was the one to do the kick off. FC ICEWIND DALE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erik Stor in the 52nd minute. FC ICEWIND DALE's Erik Stor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Everardo Mingo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Ding Beckham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Fernando Marinho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Fernando Marinho struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Everardo Mingo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ICEWIND DALE. After 64 played minutes LOS BLANCOS got a freekick which was hit by Ervis Bajraktari. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Marinho in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Everardo Mingo saved LOS BLANCOS from getting behind. Everardo Mingo made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Fernando Marinho sent off a good shot on target. Fernando Marinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Everardo Mingo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Marinho ran back to his position shaking his head. Fernando Marinho struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Everardo Mingo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ICEWIND DALE. FC ICEWIND DALE made a substitution. Wincent Debowski replaced Boguslaw Zdeb. In the 88th minute Fernando Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Mingo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ding Beckham came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the FC ICEWIND DALE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ding Beckham couldn't finish the play. FC ICEWIND DALE's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
