With an all-out effort, Zuera Never End MZC's Willian Loyola threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Oscar Prestes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Faas Marsal got free with Willian Loyola in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Willian Loyola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manoel Botelho in the 10th minute. The supporters of Zuera Never End MZC booed when Morro Grande E.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernani Cearense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willian Loyola acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 20th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Oscar Prestes. A collision led to Morro Grande E.C getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ernani Cearense hit a great ball. Oscar Prestes took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Willian Loyola. Willian Loyola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 32 minutes into the game, Faas Marsal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Willian Loyola. Faas Marsal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Willian Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faas Marsal, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Willian Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Prestes in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Faas Marsal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Willian Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faas Marsal in the 53rd minute of play. Willian Loyola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faas Marsal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santo Everton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Duarte's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Cristian Duarte charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristian Duarte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 67 played minutes Morro Grande E.C got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Duarte. After some careless play in the Morro Grande E.C defense, Faas Marsal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Willian Loyola. The Morro Grande E.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Willian Loyola should have stopped the shot. Manoel Botelho took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Willian Loyola. Willian Loyola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Willian Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Prestes in the 79th minute of play. After 82 minutes of play, Zuera Never End MZC's Oscar Prestes made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Willian Loyola was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 93rd match minute, Morro Grande E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Pinho to maneuver through the defense.
