Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Gonzo in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieguinho de Almeida in the 31st minute of play forced Oflador FC 2003's goalkeeper Paolo Palos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 played minutes Fernando Gonzo could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-0 into the left cross. Jerônimo Fernandez made in the 42nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Oflador FC 2003's Gualterio Farias. Oflador FC 2003's Fernando Gonzo got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zézinho Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Fernando Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Igor Ofelio hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Cristiano Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Divina Comédia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Furtado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The Oflador FC 2003 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paolo Palos should have stopped the shot. After 58 played minutes Oflador FC 2003 got a freekick which was hit by Igor Ofelio. Divina Comédia FC's Rogério Ceni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Gonzo in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Fernando Gonzo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Rogério Ceni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Gonzo in the 69th minute of play forced Divina Comédia FC's goalkeeper Rogério Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Oflador FC 2003's zone, Dorian Valladares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Palos came out of the goal and Dorian Valladares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oflador FC 2003's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Cristiano Furtado scored to the left of an out of position Paolo Palos, making the score, 2-2. Despite being the better team, Divina Comédia FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
