Roger Melo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Clemente Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Clemente Teles slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Basilio Justin. That made the score 2-0 after 13 minutes of play. When Dionisio Monico came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Club Atlético Atlanta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dionisio Monico couldn't finish the play. Roger de Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Fonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. If Joaquin Fonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clemente Teles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Cássio Galvão hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's zone, Dionisio Monico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger de Souza came out of the goal and Dionisio Monico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Atlanta defense, Clemente Teles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basilio Justin. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Justin should have stopped the shot. Dionisio Monico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger de Souza having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Diego Perez made the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes of play, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Roger Melo made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basilio Justin was left in no man's land by his defense there! André Luís de Almeida hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute of the match Dionisio Monico sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roger de Souza skillfully saved the ball. Diego Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Atlético Atlanta's Leonardo Paulin was substituted for Joaquin Fonso. Club Atlético Atlanta's Elpidio Shantala was substituted for Bernardo Ranolfo. The audience was convinced that Jonatan Felipo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roger de Souza was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Perez in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basilio Justin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 77 minutes into the match, Clemente Teles notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Club Atlético Atlanta's Basilio Justin. Basilio Justin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Jonatan Felipo scored to the left of an out of position Roger de Souza, making the score, 6-1. In the 88th minute, Leonardo Paulin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fabiano Palmeira.
