Gualterio Farias hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Yan Penha made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Oflador FC 2003's Gualterio Farias. SORRISO E. C.'s Horácio Pereira got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Fernando Gonzo came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Oflador FC 2003 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Gonzo couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mateus Salgado during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of SORRISO E. C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Oflador FC 2003:s goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Mendonça to make the kick off. Horácio Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Paolo Palos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute Alberto Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Palos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Gonzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Douglas Viana made a huge save. 77 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Mendonça came free, but Paolo Palos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paolo Palos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Mendonça in the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oflador FC 2003's goalkeeper Paolo Palos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
