The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fernando Gonzo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santo Everton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Faas Marsal got free with Paolo Palos in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zuera Never End MZC's Santo Everton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Gonzo in the 22nd minute of play. Santo Everton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Gonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the game, Faas Marsal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Paolo Palos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fernando Gonzo might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santo Everton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Gonzo ran back to his position shaking his head. Carmelo Orti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, Carmelo Orti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santo Everton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Gonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Ofelio charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Igor Ofelio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Zuera Never End MZC booed when Oflador FC 2003 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Ofelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Fernando Gonzo made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Fernando Gonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oflador FC 2003's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Gonzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santo Everton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 56 minutes into the game, Fernando Gonzo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Santo Everton. Fernando Gonzo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernando Gonzo got free with Santo Everton in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Oflador FC 2003's Carmelo Orti got a free kick in the 61st minute. Válter Figueiredo hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Santo Everton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Gonzo in the 72nd minute of play. Décio Miranda charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Décio Miranda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Oflador FC 2003 booed when Zuera Never End MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Décio Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Zuera Never End MZC's Faas Marsal got a free kick in the 81st minute. Léo Meireles hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Carmelo Orti struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Santo Everton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oflador FC 2003. Paolo Palos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faas Marsal in the 85th minute of the match. During the 88th minute of the match Décio Miranda completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Décio Miranda a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 89th minute, Décio Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 91 minutes, Fernando Gonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oflador FC 2003's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Gonzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Oflador FC 2003's zone, Manoel Botelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Palos came out of the goal and Manoel Botelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raul Eudoxio kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Zuera Never End MZC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
