Wiktor Ekström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radamel Oakley in the 21st minute of play forced Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Markus Wallman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Wiktor Ekström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 26 minutes into the match, Surahammar's goalkeeper Jan Lindström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zdzislaw Barniszke. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markus Wallman in the 33rd minute of play forced Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Surahammar's Jan Lindström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Surahammar from getting a goal against them. After having played for 47 minutes, Radamel Oakley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Surahammar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radamel Oakley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Surahammar were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jakub Michalski made a kick off. Radamel Oakley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wiktor Ekström having to make a save. Jan Lindström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zdzislaw Barniszke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Surahammar's Jan Lindström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Anselius in the 61st minute of play. In the 67th minute, Cristiano Osman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Santxol might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wiktor Ekström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Santxol got free with Wiktor Ekström in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Surahammar's Jan Lindström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Örjan Björk in the 90th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Surahammar fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! Wiktor Ekström made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Victor Santxol sent off a good shot on target. Although Åsbro Flåsegutter had been in control for most of the match, Surahammar still came away with the win.
