Erasto Casas might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kurt Tham. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erasto Casas ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Galatasaray GS booed when Paisas f.c. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erasto Casas made a kick off. Paisas f.c.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasto Casas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Göran Arenstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eneto Guardia didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 80th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Eneto Guardia ran dejectedly back to his position. Kurt Tham was a little too slow when Otsando Brochero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 1-5. The audience was convinced that Erasto Casas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kurt Tham was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Galatasaray GS's Kurt Tham proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Galatasaray GS from getting a goal against them.
