Altino Bulhosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Paul Arteaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 4 minutes into the match, SUPER DRAGÕES FC's Rogério Salgueiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul Arteaga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Cedral getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Brion Brufau hit a great ball. Rogério Salgueiro struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Paul Arteaga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SUPER DRAGÕES FC. Paul Arteaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Porfírio Sardinha in the 12th minute of the match. Hildeberto Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermelando Cortiguera, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. SUPER DRAGÕES FC's Altino Bulhosa got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cedral's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Altino Bulhosa was slow to take the kick. During this time SUPER DRAGÕES FC's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Porfírio Sardinha at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Cedral. 1-0. Porfírio Sardinha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Paul Arteaga when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SUPER DRAGÕES FC! In the 38th minute there was a penalty for Cedral. Lalla Tama stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hildeberto Neves. 1-1. 44 minutes into the game, Prudentio Villaciergo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cedral's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SUPER DRAGÕES FC the free kick. In the 44th minute, one of Cedral:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cedral. When the match had been going on for 45 minutes, SUPER DRAGÕES FC's Altino Bulhosa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Paul Arteaga. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Porfírio Sardinha was the one to do the kick off. Rogério Salgueiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paul Arteaga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rogério Salgueiro ran back to his position shaking his head. 56 minutes into the game, Porfírio Sardinha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Paul Arteaga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Porfírio Sardinha in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paul Arteaga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rogério Salgueiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paul Arteaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Porfírio Sardinha, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, Cedral's Prudentio Villaciergo got a free kick in the 70th minute. Hildeberto Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermelando Cortiguera in the 74th minute. Hermelando Cortiguera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Policarpio Taboada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cedral's supporters rose to their feet, but Policarpio Taboada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hildeberto Neves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Cedral getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Stanislao Feyjo hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Porfírio Sardinha in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paul Arteaga saved Cedral from getting behind. Lalla Tama hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the game, Policarpio Taboada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cedral's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SUPER DRAGÕES FC the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Porfírio Sardinha managed to get in a good position for a shot. SUPER DRAGÕES FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Porfírio Sardinha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paul Arteaga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute, Cedral's Prudentio Villaciergo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Prudentio Villaciergo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cedral protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Prudentio Villaciergo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 91st minute, one of Cedral:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cedral. The referee gave SUPER DRAGÕES FC a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Altino Bulhosa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cedral's Paul Arteaga. 5-1. SUPER DRAGÕES FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
