A hard shot 12 in the game by Hermelando Cortiguera from a close distance when the talented Angel Yeste managed to make a qualified save. Valdarachas SAD's players were relieved. Perrando Ponte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Paul Arteaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Perrando Ponte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hermelando Cortiguera's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Angel Yeste skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When %teams%'s Manolo Pejuan was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 22 minutes into the game. Angel Yeste was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 25thth minute of the game Arsenio Verdaguer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cedral's Paul Arteaga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paul Arteaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perrando Ponte in the 35th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manolo Pejuan to make the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Perrando Ponte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cedral's Paul Arteaga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Pejuan in the 56th minute of play forced Valdarachas SAD's goalkeeper Angel Yeste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanislao Feyjo during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 59 played minutes Cedral got a freekick which was hit by Stanislao Feyjo. In the 60th minute, Perrando Ponte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Stanislao Feyjo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eduardo Canyelles took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paul Arteaga. Cedral's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Perrando Ponte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Paul Arteaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hermelando Cortiguera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Yeste having to interfere. Paul Arteaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perrando Ponte in the 94th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Cedral defense, Saturnin Iglesias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paul Arteaga. The Cedral fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paul Arteaga should have stopped the shot. 98 minutes into the game, Melquiades Blazquez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valdarachas SAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cedral the free kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
