After a rather tough play, Nikoo Fc's Allan Bank got a free kick in the 5th minute. With a little luck, Burundi's Felice Del Greco got control of the ball when Sakarias Pihlwall tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 9 minutes of play, Burundi's Arturo Trentini made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inge Hedberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nikoo Fc's Inge Hedberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Bergamini in the 13th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Burundi's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Groth came free, but Felice Del Greco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Konrad Örtendal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Del Greco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pål Björkman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Felice Del Greco made a huge save. Ernesto Bergamini kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Burundi's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Örtendal came free, but Felice Del Greco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arturo Trentini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Inge Hedberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beppe Silveri's late challenge caught a Nikoo Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beppe Silveri helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st minute, Beppe Silveri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 52 minutes into the match, Burundi's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Groth came free, but Felice Del Greco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camillo Alberico's late challenge caught a Nikoo Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikoo Fc's Inge Hedberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Nikoo Fc from getting a goal against them. Felice Del Greco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Holmberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Burundi's Felice Del Greco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Örtendal in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Sakarias Pihlwall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Del Greco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inge Hedberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. 83 minutes into the match, Konrad Örtendal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felice Del Greco. Burundi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Konrad Örtendal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. In the 89th minute, Edvin Almstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernesto Bergamini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Hedberg having to interfere. The Nikoo Fc supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Burundi's performance. The match ended with a win for Burundi.
