Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ginyo Mechenov started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Galatasaray GS got a freekick which was hit by Markus Alin. In the 7th minute, Hermelando Cortiguera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ginyo Mechenov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Arteaga having to interfere. The Galatasaray GS fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Galatasaray GS's Ginyo Mechenov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpected shot in the 19th minute by Ginyo Mechenov got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 19 minutes into the match, Cedral's goalkeeper Paul Arteaga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ginyo Mechenov. Ginyo Mechenov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Galatasaray GS booed when Cedral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raebert Carrios didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ginyo Mechenov got free with Paul Arteaga in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ulises Olivar came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Cedral's Hermelando Cortiguera. But to his dismay, Hermelando Cortiguera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ginyo Mechenov in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paul Arteaga saved Cedral from getting behind. Måns Österberg charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Måns Österberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cedral booed when Galatasaray GS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Måns Österberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Manolo Pejuan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cedral's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manolo Pejuan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th match minute, Cedral was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Policarpio Taboada to maneuver through the defense. When Adam Sörman came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Galatasaray GS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam Sörman couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute Adam Sörman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Arteaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ginyo Mechenov in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paul Arteaga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Paul Arteaga managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Galatasaray GS's Ginyo Mechenov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Cedral's Paul Arteaga got control of the ball when Markus Alin tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manolo Pejuan made a kick off. Paul Arteaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Sörman, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Ginyo Mechenov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray GS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ginyo Mechenov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cedral's Paul Arteaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ginyo Mechenov in the 64th minute of play. When Galatasaray GS's Ginyo Mechenov in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cedral's goalie prevented a goal. After 71 played minutes Cedral got a freekick which was hit by Stanislao Feyjo. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Ginyo Mechenov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galatasaray GS's supporters rose to their feet, but Ginyo Mechenov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paul Arteaga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Galatasaray GS's Ulises Olivar got control of the ball when Hermelando Cortiguera tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Pejuan in the 80th minute of play forced Galatasaray GS's goalkeeper Ulises Olivar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Azeari Henestrosa charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 82 played minutes, Galatasaray GS's Valter Sikström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paul Arteaga came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galatasaray GS reached it. Niclas Jelm's late challenge caught a Cedral's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niclas Jelm helped the player get up and apologised. Niclas Jelm hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Ulises Olivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolo Pejuan in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Policarpio Taboada in the 90th minute of play forced Galatasaray GS's goalkeeper Ulises Olivar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Galatasaray GS's Adam Sörman in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cedral's goalie prevented a goal.
