In the 7th minute Filomeno Remir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's Filomeno Remir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olavo Henriques narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Manfredi AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kieran Listkowski in the 15th minute. Olavo Henriques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Remir, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Olavo Henriques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Remir in the 21st minute of play. A well done corner resulted in Iustinian Ipătescu drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper. Fernandinho Rivera charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernandinho Rivera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Olavo Henriques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Remir, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Roman Vachon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Racing Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Qiu Lin Yi scored to the left of an out of position Olavo Henriques, making the score, 2-4. In the 94th minute Qiu Lin Yi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manfredi AFC played a much better game than Racing Club and deserved their victory. The Racing Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
