But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Héctor Hernández couldn't finish the play. Murillo Valladares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Héctor Hernández in the 7th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caco Miranda during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th minute, Caco Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manfredo de Azevedo in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Murillo Valladares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th match minute, MUSHIBA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luan Cosme to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, MAZER SAF's Valdo Sampaio got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute, Rodolfo Donato made a precise shot to the right of Toninho Schmidt. MAZER SAF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Manfredo de Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michel Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Murillo Valladares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdo Sampaio in the 44th minute of play. Héctor Hernández charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Héctor Hernández the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodolfo Donato to make the kick off. 51 minutes in the game Valdo Sampaio did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Claudinei Vianna. Claudinei Vianna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. The referee ignored MAZER SAF's protests and gave Afonsinho Medeiros a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes MAZER SAF got a freekick which was hit by Afonsinho Medeiros. When Michel Ramos was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. The supporters of MAZER SAF booed when MUSHIBA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Afonsinho Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot. MAZER SAF's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonsinho Medeiros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murillo Valladares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Murillo Valladares didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when MAZER SAF's Manfredo de Azevedo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Murillo Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MUSHIBA FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over MAZER SAF's much stronger midfield.
