Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Memphis Xande in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Varela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xande Gol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Varela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match New Joinville - FSCMZ got a corner. ITAFUT 4EVER's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Memphis Xande ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Chicão Fernandez heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Silvinho Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rômulo Neves in the 23rd minute of play. Silvinho Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rômulo Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Baiano hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Memphis Xande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvinho Gaúcho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rômulo Neves in the 34th minute. In the 52nd match minute, New Joinville - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovânio Viana to maneuver through the defense. Léo Velasco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvinho Gaúcho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. When Sidney Lima fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ITAFUT 4EVER's protests and gave Sidney Lima a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of New Joinville - FSCMZ booed when ITAFUT 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidney Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Christian de Sousa fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New Joinville - FSCMZ's protests and gave Christian de Sousa a yellow card for diving instead. Christian de Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Memphis Xande in the 64th minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Ernesto Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Memphis Xande came free, but Ernesto Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rômulo Neves in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvinho Gaúcho saved New Joinville - FSCMZ from getting behind. In the 90th play minute Xande Gol came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ernesto Varela. 0-3. Afonso Maciel charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afonso Maciel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Maciel.
