Imbituba - FSCMZ's attentive Emanuel Botelho managed to snatch the ball when Armandinho Pombal made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. In the 28th minute, one of 卡納里尼奧 FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 卡納里尼奧 FC. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Joélson Madureira took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Carlos Marinho to make any attempt to save it. Luiz Fábio Hermes scored 3-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Marinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Armandinho Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agostinho Guedes to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Imbituba - FSCMZ's zone, Agostinho Guedes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Vale came out of the goal and Agostinho Guedes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustavo Falcão hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Carlos Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Hermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Jeremias Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laerte Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Agostinho Guedes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Vale was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Agostinho Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Laerte Marquez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jeremias Vale, 4-2. Joélson Madureira kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Luiz Fábio Hermes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Carlos Marinho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Laerte Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jeremias Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Agostinho Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Souto hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The Imbituba - FSCMZ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
