When Mariusz Basaik came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the WZG Sandomierz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariusz Basaik couldn't finish the play. Tanek Piechocki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kala Mala in the 21st minute. Andrzej Juskowiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mariusz Basaik was slow to take the kick. During this time WZG Sandomierz's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink to score against Tanek Piechocki in Szalone Konie's goal. 6-0 after 97 minutes. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. WZG Sandomierz fully deserved thier win.
