Marek Bergkamp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Gregor Kobel made a huge save. Talha Mertkal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Beljean, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 12th minute, Teobald Ludwa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alain Berset might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Talha Mertkal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alain Berset ran back to his position shaking his head. After 20 played minutes Espen Steelers got a freekick which was hit by Williams Imholz. Talha Mertkal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Montez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Espen Steelers's Rogelio Montez in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kolonia Radlin's goalie prevented a goal. Talha Mertkal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Beljean in the 29th minute of the match. Rogelio Montez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Talha Mertkal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Marek Bergkamp put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gregor Kobel. Talha Mertkal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Montez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ekain Menendez fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Espen Steelers's protests and gave Ekain Menendez a yellow card for diving instead. Ekain Menendez kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute of the match Kazimierz Iwanowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gregor Kobel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience cheered when Kazimierz Iwanowski's long shot passed Gregor Kobel's right side. It was 2-0, 47 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roman Beljean to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Marek Bergkamp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gregor Kobel. Espen Steelers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marek Bergkamp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Albert Einstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Talha Mertkal having to interfere. Kazimierz Iwanowski hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Espen Steelers's Alex Ioneasa was substituted for Ingo Minder. Kazimierz Iwanowski kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Marek Bergkamp notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Espen Steelers's Gregor Kobel. Gregor Kobel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 82nd match minute, Kolonia Radlin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobald Ludwa to maneuver through the defense. Stan Wawrinka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Talha Mertkal made a huge save. Many of Espen Steelers's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Espen Steelers may have spent more time on the ball, but Kolonia Radlin were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
