Honorato Jerrold was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The attack was good, but when Iulian Ilinca in the 96th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Belgrano de Pibasog had played much better football throughout.
