FC JaRo Team's Stefan Zdanowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Sobania in the 20th minute of play. When Tomasz Sobania came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Soczewki Gliwice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomasz Sobania couldn't finish the play. When Soczewki Gliwice's Tomasz Sobania, in the 25th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Soczewki Gliwice. Ambrosio Aragones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Damazy Kensicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th match minute, Soczewki Gliwice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elmar Roorda to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Soczewki Gliwice's Jesus Frisco in action when he in the 45th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

51 minutes into the match, FC JaRo Team's goal looked a bit too open when Henk Cardinaal came free, but Stefan Zdanowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute Roman Tomiczek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Kensicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damazy Kensicki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ambrosio Aragones's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After 56 played minutes Soczewki Gliwice got a freekick which was hit by Herman Källberg. The supporters of FC JaRo Team booed when Soczewki Gliwice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herman Källberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 played minutes FC JaRo Team got a freekick which was hit by Tomasz Gargasz. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesus Frisco got free with Stefan Zdanowicz in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 65 minutes into the match, FC JaRo Team's goalkeeper Stefan Zdanowicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomasz Sobania. Tomasz Sobania's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Stefan Zdanowicz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Stefan Zdanowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Sobania in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henk Cardinaal in the 79th minute of play forced FC JaRo Team's goalkeeper Stefan Zdanowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damazy Kensicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Aragones in the 81st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC JaRo Team's zone, Tomasz Sobania stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Zdanowicz came out of the goal and Tomasz Sobania tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Soczewki Gliwice made a substitution. Bogumil Babicki replaced Elmar Roorda. Soczewki Gliwice's Edgar Matela was substituted for Kacem von Felten. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henk Cardinaal got free with Stefan Zdanowicz in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Soczewki Gliwice players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
