Tolek Nakonieczny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Ferdinand Thurø made a huge save. In the 34th minute Klement Marut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Sidorowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Akın Sahir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucjan Sidorowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Șerban Chihaia, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zenon Danisiewicz to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Roland Gozdowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucjan Sidorowicz. That made the score 2-4 in the 69 minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Lucjan Sidorowicz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. KS HANZA Goleniów's Zbyszek Przybyciel was substituted for Morgan Lundqvist. Ferdinand Thurø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Big Boras, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute.
