The Fragleses fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kim Hänninen should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Wiktor Gomolka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iwo Dombroski was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Teobald Hodas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Kim Hänninen made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's zone, Roch Dejo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iwo Dombroski came out of the goal and Roch Dejo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Carlos Carnicero made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Carnicero in the 51st minute of play forced Fragleses's goalkeeper Kim Hänninen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 51stth minute of the game Carlos Carnicero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fragleses's Kim Hänninen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's goalkeeper Iwo Dombroski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Grzegorz Rasiak. In the 62nd minute Boleslaw Czubski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kim Hänninen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 79 played minutes Fragleses got a freekick which was hit by Adam Zawaski. Kim Hänninen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthon Martinsson in the 80th minute of play. KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's Boleslaw Czubski got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd match minute, KS Luxik Ruda Śląska was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ethan Linkletter to maneuver through the defense. Olaf Wojtowicz, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's Carlos Carnicero in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fragleses's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KS Luxik Ruda Śląska had won after a very even match.
