Black StarZ's Celestino Umea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Ruggeri in the 3rd minute of play. In the 7th minute Black StarZ were awarded a corner. Robustiano Ferman went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Black StarZ's corner Robustiano Ferman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anselmo Felli quite easily take care of the ball. In the 8th minute, Francesco Ciccone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute, Black StarZ's Isaias Tuste ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anselmo Felli. Anselmo Felli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The supporters of Zola Predosa FC booed when Black StarZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Osmundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Ennio Scafati cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Celestino Umea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zola Predosa FC's Anselmo Felli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Tuste in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Davide De Paolis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Umea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Claudio Ruggeri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Celestino Umea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. But to his dismay, Claudio Ruggeri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The audience was convinced that Claudio Ruggeri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celestino Umea was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Celestino Umea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Ruggeri in the 43rd minute of the match. After 44 minutes, Herminio Osmundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Black StarZ and the Zola Predosa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Black StarZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Osmundo to maneuver through the defense. Celestino Umea came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Zola Predosa FC's Ennio Scafati. But to his dismay, Ennio Scafati quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Celestino Umea was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Davide De Paolis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Davide De Paolis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Herauso in the 57th minute of play forced Zola Predosa FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Felli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francesco Ciccone during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Francesco Ciccone hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Herauso in the 60th minute of play forced Zola Predosa FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Felli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celestino Umea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Davide De Paolis in the 63rd minute. When Davide De Paolis, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 63 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Celestino Umea was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 73rd minute Cayetano Herauso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Felli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudio Ruggeri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Celestino Umea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Zola Predosa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Herauso came free, but Anselmo Felli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beppe Ronca hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Robustiano Ferman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anselmo Felli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Black StarZ's Alberto Montae got a free kick in the 90th minute. Celestino Umea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Ruggeri in the 94th minute of play. Celestino Umea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Ruggeri in the 95th minute of the match. When the match was over Zola Predosa FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Black StarZ throughout the match.
