Jonas Beltxe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damián Martínez having to make a save. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adolfo Ramond to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Aurelio Rubio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villa Mitre and the Arsenal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
