Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Casimiro Asier got the match started through his kick off. When Perthes United's Maël Négrel in 6 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Honorio Serafo guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 8th minute, Ange Folcher made a precise shot to the right of Honorio Serafo. Plumerillo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Valentin Mergildo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fabien Gury. That made the score 1-1 in the 12 minute of play. Allan Wetzel kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Gwendal Ayache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Plumerillo's goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Badet came free, but Honorio Serafo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Plumerillo defense, Gwendal Ayache kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Honorio Serafo. The Plumerillo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Honorio Serafo should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Plumerillo's Nicolas Ramirez got a free kick in the 29th minute. Honorio Serafo came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Perthes United's Maël Négrel. But to his dismay, Maël Négrel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 33rd minute Gwendal Ayache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Serafo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maël Négrel scored 1-4 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Honorio Serafo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Casimiro Asier fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Plumerillo's protests and gave Casimiro Asier a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes Plumerillo got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Asier. Honorio Serafo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwendal Ayache, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Maël Négrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Honorio Serafo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorio Serafo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maël Négrel, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.
The wind increased when Gwendal Ayache made the kick off in the second half. Ange Folcher might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Honorio Serafo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ange Folcher ran back to his position shaking his head. 55 minutes into the match, Plumerillo's goalkeeper Honorio Serafo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maël Négrel. Ange Folcher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorio Serafo having to interfere. Plumerillo's Honorio Serafo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Plumerillo from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Maël Négrel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorio Serafo. Plumerillo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maël Négrel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. 64 minutes into the match, Gwendal Ayache had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorio Serafo. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Maël Négrel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perthes United's supporters rose to their feet, but Maël Négrel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorio Serafo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Casimiro Asier got his second yellow card in the match during the 69th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Perthes United booed when Plumerillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Asier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute Gwendal Ayache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Serafo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Plumerillo's zone, Maël Négrel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorio Serafo came out of the goal and Maël Négrel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benedicto Gombal hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, one of Plumerillo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Plumerillo. After 98 played minutes Plumerillo got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Gombal.
