THE CLUB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saint Côme de Fresné the free kick. Ognyan Istatkov kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 5 played minutes THE CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Marco Verratti. Côme Durieu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 6th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to THE CLUB getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ognyan Istatkov hit a great ball. THE CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Nano Ginev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noël Clenet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute Olivier Barnier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volodya Latev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Yanaki Karaganchev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noël Clenet was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Guillaume Barillot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Volodya Latev made a huge save. 31 minutes into the game, Guillaume Barillot recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Volodya Latev. Guillaume Barillot showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Côme Durieu kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Noël Clenet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nano Ginev in the 42nd minute of the match. Yanaki Karaganchev struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Noël Clenet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE CLUB. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guillaume Barillot was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Yanaki Karaganchev managed to get in a good position for a shot. THE CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Yanaki Karaganchev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noël Clenet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Saint Côme de Fresné's Côme Durieu got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Nano Ginev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noël Clenet was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Volodya Latev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yazid Debuire in the 72nd minute of the match. The supporters of Saint Côme de Fresné booed when THE CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasil Vangelov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th match minute, THE CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yanaki Karaganchev to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guillaume Barillot in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Volodya Latev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 90 minutes, Yazid Debuire mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saint Côme de Fresné and the THE CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute Guillaume Barillot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volodya Latev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The THE CLUB players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
