Artaç Uluğ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lance Haßke having to interfere. Artaç Uluğ kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Wiktor Basinski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lance Haßke. STARGARD FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wiktor Basinski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Wiktor Basinski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Lance Haßke made a huge save. Lance Haßke made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Devlet Ulağ sent off a good shot on target. VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Devlet Ulağ got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Devlet Ulağ in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of STARGARD FC booed when VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Basinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, one of VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fred Inger made a kick off. Lance Haßke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Basinski in the 51st minute of the match. Devlet Ulağ hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. With a little luck, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Nando Muslera got control of the ball when Fred Inger tried to sneak it across the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Björn Neugebauer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. STARGARD FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL the free kick. When Devlet Ulağ came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Devlet Ulağ couldn't finish the play. 65 minutes into the match, Artaç Uluğ had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lance Haßke. STARGARD FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artaç Uluğ was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Lance Haßke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artaç Uluğ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, STARGARD FC's Forusan Feix got a free kick in the 80th minute. Devlet Ulağ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Devlet Ulağ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Lance Haßke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. STARGARD FC's Lance Haßke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Basinski in the 85th minute of play. Devlet Ulağ's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lance Haßke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Lance Haßke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Devlet Ulağ's shot from short distance in the 89th minute.
