Boca Juniors's William Svanér played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Queiroga in the 5th minute of play. But to his dismay, Vicente Caiado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 23 minutes into the match, Emanuel Queiroga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of William Svanér. Boca Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Queiroga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Vítor Dantas scored 0-4 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of William Svanér, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. William Svanér showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Dantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After some careless play in the Boca Juniors defense, Vicente Caiado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of William Svanér. The Boca Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that William Svanér should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Dantas in the 37th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper William Svanér to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 played minutes Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Birger Ivarsson. In the 41st minute Vítor Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Svanér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Emanuel Queiroga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. William Svanér was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Bror Kilman made the kick off in the second half. Vicente Caiado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but William Svanér made a huge save. With a little luck, Boca Juniors's William Svanér got control of the ball when Vicente Caiado tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Queiroga got free with William Svanér in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emanuel Queiroga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but William Svanér made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Vítor Dantas took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for William Svanér to make any attempt to save it. William Svanér made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Caiado in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Vicente Caiado notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Boca Juniors's William Svanér. William Svanér was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice moves Vicente Caiado could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which William Svanér however easily saved by the left post. After 73 minutes of play, ADCR Loreto United FC's Emanuel Queiroga made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. William Svanér was left in no man's land by his defense there! Danilo Varela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but William Svanér made a huge save. Boca Juniors's William Svanér proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Boca Juniors from getting a goal against them. Boca Juniors's William Svanér played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Queiroga in the 79th minute of play. Pål Hermansson kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match.
