William Svanér made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kobe Vanneste in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Pål Hermansson got a free kick in the 10th minute. Armand Zimmer's late challenge caught a Boca Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armand Zimmer helped the player get up and apologised. Armand Zimmer hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 19th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Magnus Skark to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Boca Juniors defense, Kobe Vanneste kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of William Svanér. The Boca Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that William Svanér should have stopped the shot. William Svanér didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erwin Naets went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 37 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Gong Ning Yong came free, but William Svanér reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, William Svanér successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. William Svanér made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Perry Stroobans sent off a good shot on target. The nice shot from Perry Stroobans in the 43rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but William Svanér had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Kobe Vanneste didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 45th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Kobe Vanneste ran dejectedly back to his position. Steve De kaiser blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without William Svanér having to make a save. William Svanér showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steve De kaiser, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kobe Vanneste was the one to do the kick off. Boca Juniors's William Svanér played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve De kaiser in the 54th minute of play. But to his dismay, Gong Ning Yong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. William Svanér came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by De Keikoppers's Kobe Vanneste. But to his dismay, Kobe Vanneste quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. William Svanér showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perry Stroobans in the 66th minute of the match. William Svanér showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kobe Vanneste, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute Kobe Vanneste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Svanér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. William Svanér made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. In the 90th minute, Erwin Naets left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The De Keikoppers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. Steve De kaiser kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Boca Juniors defense, Kobe Vanneste kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of William Svanér. The Boca Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that William Svanér should have stopped the shot. De Keikoppers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
